Club Constitution

The Club constitution, or 'rules', outlines the clubs purpose and objects, lists the rules of operation and set out our members rights and responsibilities.  The document is also a requirement of the Department of Commerce for all Incorporated Associations.

The recent Annual General Meeting voted in some minor changes to the Club constitution to bring it in line with the newly implemented Associations Incorporation Act 2015.

Club Policies

All Club members are expected to uphold the good reputation of both our Club and the sport of Rugby Union.  Our club policies, or 'bylaws', are a simple outline for all members to ensure everyone has the opportunity to enjoy the game we all love to the maximum level in a safe and supportive environment.  All registered members agree to abide by these policies as part of their membership under the rules of the constitution.
